Data we process

This website does not use tracking cookies or automatically collect personal data for marketing purposes. When you contact JAC Consulting by email or through the form, the name, email and message you provide are processed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship. The form uses Resend to deliver email; your message is processed by that service and delivered to our mailbox. The website API does not store messages in a database or record their contents in logs.

To reduce spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. This service processes technical browser and connection data to verify the request. Our API does not send your name, email or message to Turnstile.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract or a legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes and legal obligations.

Sharing and security

Data is not sold. It may be processed by strictly necessary technical providers, subject to appropriate confidentiality and protection obligations. Technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk are applied.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados.
